Requirements

  • Analyze supply chain data related to demand, inventory, capacity, and production to support decision-making in S&OP and operational planning.
  • Assist in preparing and distributing recurring reports, dashboards, and planning models for executive and cross-functional reviews.
  • Develop and maintain models for trend analysis, forecast accuracy, inventory health, and supply/demand balancing.
  • Support root cause analysis and reporting related to service level, fill rate, and stock-out performance.
  • Collaborate with the senior analyst to deliver high-quality planning inputs that drive efficient and informed supply chain decisions.
  • Monitor and validate planning data inputs from ERP and other source systems to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify the root cause of discrepancies and prevent recurrence.
  • Maintain and enhance data quality processes to support reliable analytics and continuous improvement.
  • Act as the bridge between the Supply Chain team and IT, translating operational needs into system enhancements and support requests.
  • Assist with user testing of planning tools, ERP modifications, and interface updates.
  • Serve as the first line of support for system or data-related issues impacting supply chain reporting or planning accuracy.
  • Design and implement lightweight automation solutions (e.g., Excel macros, Power BI dashboards, Power Query, or flow tools) to reduce manual effort and increase analytical throughput.
  • Evaluate current reporting and data-handling processes to identify efficiency gains.
  • Partner with IT and cross-functional teams to streamline reporting systems and facilitate digital transformation efforts.
  • Provide backup support for key reporting cycles and deliverables managed by the Supply Chain Analyst during peak periods, leaves, or unplanned absences.
  • Help develop process documentation and reporting SOPs to promote knowledge transfer, continuity, and cross-training.
  • Contribute to the evaluation and adoption of emerging supply chain technologies, such as AI forecasting tools, workflow automation platforms, or self-service analytics.
  • Pilot and support digital transformation projects that enhance visibility, responsiveness, or analytical capability across the supply chain function.
