Requirements

- Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel
Responsibilities
- Monitor and complete requests for additions or changes to the supplier database to ensure timely and appropriate activations, de-activations, and changes
- Provide follow up and technical assistance to external suppliers and internal users
- Review supplier database to ensure data integrity and compliance including updated certificates of insurances and contracts
- Implement processes to improve efficiency and accuracy across multiple systems
- Develop reporting to present metrics to management
- Manage projects as needed under the direction of Manager
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2-4 years Supplier Management experience
- Experience supporting programs related to change management initiatives
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
