Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, or experience.
- Related experience in the range of four to six years (Texas preferred) or equivalent education, training, or experience.
- A current Texas workers’ compensation or all lines adjuster’s license.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support employee performance and development by providing timely, ongoing feedback.
- Recruit, retain, coach, and mentor employees within your team.
- Negotiate settlements and review liability on new referrals.
- Foster an environment of mutual trust and accountability.
- Collaborate with other departments for effective subrogation account management.
- Provide training seminars regarding Subrogation with travel as necessary.
- Report monthly and quarterly performance measures to management.
- Analyze claim data to identify individual and team performance results and trends.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in liability.
- Strong investigative skills.
- Insurance litigation/settlement experience.
- Leadership experience.
