Requirements

  • 3 years of Customer Service Experience Required
  • Management experience preferred
  • Preferred: Bachelors – Business
  • A minimum of 3 years Related Experience

Responsibilities

  • Advises leadership of significant and/or unexpected variances.
  • Develops and implements short term goals and is responsible for measurable outcomes and effective use of resources.
  • Participates in the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and job descriptions.
  • Completes reporting and record keeping requirements accurately and within established timelines.
  • Monitors services for efficiency and accuracy by evaluating, initiating and participating in restructuring of current and new procedures, services, and/or programs.
  • Carries out time and attendance responsibilities according to established procedure.
  • Advises manager of significant and/or unexpected variances.
  • Monitors information compliance and supports Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) environment by performing quality improvement audits.
  • Develops and submits measurable program goals and action plans annually.
  • Develops, tests, analyzes and implements quality of Information Management in registration/admissions in coordination with financial services, support staff and clinical areas according to established guidelines.
  • Performs other duties as assigned or needed to meet the needs of the department/organization.
