Requirements

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations within Card Services and workflow to ensure your team consistently meets production goals with accuracy and care.
- Provide ongoing coaching, training, and mentoring to develop talent, strengthen performance, and support individual growth journeys.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to identify system enhancements and process efficiencies that elevate the member experience and operational excellence.
- Act as a subject matter expert and escalation point—sharing expertise, solving problems, and promoting best practices in every interaction.
- Monitor compliance with federal, state, and internal policies, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain audit-ready practices.
- Respond to audit inquiries with precision and maintain department records in full compliance with applicable regulations.
- Use data from member satisfaction and loyalty surveys to identify improvement areas, address concerns, and champion member-first solutions.
- Maintain statistical data and audit reports that help track performance, uncover trends, and guide strategic decisions.
- Ensure all processes have clear, updated documentation to support consistent execution and knowledge sharing.
- Supervise the archiving and retention of files in alignment with compliance policies and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, operations management, or a related field
- Experience in a financial services or credit union environment
- Strong leadership, project management, and organizational skills
- Proven ability to analyze issues and solve problems effectively
- Familiarity with federal and state regulatory compliance in operations
- Background in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
- Comfort using performance data to drive decisions and improvements
