Supervisor

Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in retail, preferably in fashion or related sector.
Proven track record of sales achievement and driving team performance.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Knowledge of retail operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform business strategies.

Lead by example, providing exceptional customer service, and ensure the team is motivated to do the same.
Supervise the daily operations of the store, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of staff, fostering a culture of growth, inclusivity, and enthusiasm.
Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and standards, including health and safety measures.
Monitor inventory levels and participate in the planning and execution of merchandise strategies.
Analyze sales reports and market trends to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement.
Handle customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the management team to plan and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and store objectives.
Maintain the store’s visual standards in line with brand guidelines, ensuring a clean, organized, and attractive shopping environment.

Must bend, reach, and stretch for product, as well as lift, carry and move at least 40 pounds.
Have a minimum of 40 hours of availability per week that supports the needs of the business, including: nights, weekends, and holidays as well as overtime where applicable.
Must regularly stand and move around all areas of the store and be accessible to customers.
