Requirements
- 5 years previous experience as a Trades superintendent in a specific Trade
- Knowledge of quality, safety, and health guidelines for construction job sites
- HSE w OSHA certification
- In-depth understanding of construction operations and processes
- Proficiency in MS Office and Procore
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to lead and motivate people
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineers, trade partners, vendors, etc. to manage project needs
- Plan construction processes; maintain performance goals and deadlines
- Align with PM and keep project on time and budget
- Respond to on-site issues, external requests, and unplanned events
- Supervise labor: performance, quality, presence
- Implement safety and quality guidelines
- Ensure the job site remains safe, clean, and orderly
- Punch list management
- Plan and obtain inspections from local authorities
- Order the appropriate equipment and arrange for regular maintenance
