Requirements
- Enrolled in secondary or post-secondary education.
- Competency in English language, ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
- Successful candidate must complete a criminal background check.
- Logistics or distribution experience an asset.
- Being knowledgeable on RF picking is an asset.
Responsibilities
- Be able to walk and stand for extended period of time
- Perform duties within the RF processes in place
- Support with monitoring and facilitating production lines
- Work proficiently to meet Productivity, Quality and Safety targets
- Apply 5S methodology while performing tasks
- Maintain strict housekeeping standards
- Report unsafe work conditions/environment in a timely manner
- Commit to the success of the team
- Contribute to special projects with analytical and conceptualization skills
- Based on the needs of the business, the incumbent may be asked to support various teams (Setup, Quality Control, Maintenance, Office)
- Must be available for overtime as per the business needs.
Preferred Qualifications
