Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- A strong communicator with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Google Sheets (bonus points for experience with other tools like Asana, Notion, or CRM platforms)
- A proactive problem-solver who is eager to learn and take initiative
- Passionate about startups, pet wellness, and building community connections
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and evolving environment
- Must be both a people and dog lover!
Responsibilities
- Support the onboarding process for new community and brand partners
- Assist in building scalable infrastructure for managing and tracking partnerships
- Take detailed notes and document action items from partnerships meetings
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to support various partnerships-related projects
- Help organize and maintain a partnerships CRM and documentation system
- Research potential partners and compile reports to inform outreach strategies
- Support internal communication and follow-up tasks related to partner activations
