Responsibilities
- Complete hands-on training in the assigned department, gaining proficiency in all key roles and responsibilities
- Attend weekly meetings to discuss ongoing internship projects, share progress updates, and receive feedback from mentors and department leaders
- Maintain a detailed weekly journal documenting tasks completed, skills learned, challenges faced, and personal reflections
- Participate in selected management meetings to observe strategic decision-making and gain insights into hotel administration, staffing, and guest service planning
- Engage in job shadowing experiences across various hotel departments to broaden operational knowledge and enhance interdepartmental understanding
