Requirements

  • Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in with 10 years of relevant experience or an advanced degree with 7 years of relevant experience.
  • Current DoD 8570.01-M IAM level III certified credentials (CISSP, CISM, GSLC or CCISO)
  • Relevant experience described as any combination below: Cybersecurity, systems security, hardening, implementation of security controls and auditing.
  • Experience with network security and/or systems security (e.g. architecture development, infrastructure engineering, and cybersecurity operations).
  • Addressing requirements outlined in Risk Management Framework (RMF), DCSA Assessment and Authorization Process Manual (DAAPM), Joint SAP Implementation Guide (JSIG), National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), SNAC guides, Nessus, SCAP, and/or ACAS.
  • Experience in the oversight and execution of the Assessment & Authorization processes (Certification & Accreditation), as defined in various NIST publications.
  • Experience leading direct reports and managing and mentoring teams.
  • Experience in the oversight and execution of a continuous monitoring programs (to include but not limited to self-inspections, security control assessments, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Directly supervise front-line managers.
  • Oversee contract activities as needed to support scope, staffing, and labor estimations.
  • Serves as an escalation point of contact for program leadership, cross-function leaders, departments and customers at the SSBU level.
  • Manage staffing and personnel actions to include hiring, performance, development and growth.
  • Oversee the adoption and use of department-level information solutions and technologies.
  • Enforce the implementation and sustainment of consistent incident response actions.
  • Responsible for effective talent management and personnel assignments.
  • Participate in gate reviews to assess cybersecurity requirements and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Provide input and recommendations on project feasibility, level of effort, and risk management.
  • Conduct training, briefings, presentations for multiple levels of the business.
  • Business travel as needed up to 20%.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the cybersecurity leadership team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to analyze workforce and cybersecurity data to identify trends and inform strategic decisions.
  • Ability to translate technical cybersecurity concepts into actionable plans.
  • Experience providing technical security expertise and oversight for complex, cross-domain, heterogeneous classified networked environments in collaboration with internal/external Customers, Information Technology (IT) and other Raytheon Missiles & Defense Business Units.
