Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- six (6) years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Responsibilities
- Provide holistic, student-centered academic and support counseling focusing on enrollment, financial barriers, and academic planning
- Guide students in fulfilling eligibility requirements for MC benefits
- Maintain student interventions and meet with students to provide services and coaching
- Plan and implement programs through strategic planning, project management, and effective communication
- Customize career development services based on promising practices in the field
- Work with area employers, educators, and corporate partner UPS to develop career pathways for high demand careers
- Educate students about high-demand careers and help them understand how their academic goals and work experience at UPS develop essential skills
