Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field and four (4) years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Responsibilities
- Advise current and prospective LPN-to-BSN Pathway students per unit and university policies and procedures.
- Connect LPN-to-BSN Pathway students with academic, financial, and social resources and make referrals, as necessary.
- Facilitate the student data collection for external reporting to HRSA.
- Manage the LPN-BSN pathway admission process including maintaining programmatic content pages, communicating with prospective applicants, and coordinating faculty review of applications.
- Provide orientations for LPN-to-BSN Pathway students.
- Collaborate with marketing and SON admission counselor to promote the LPN-BSN program in the community.
- Travel between university buildings and campuses to attend meetings and assist students, as well as travel (driving) to academic and community partners throughout the state.
- Other HRSA LPN-to-BSN Pathway grant duties, as required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in higher education or related field that includes advising and/or counseling.
