Requirements

  • 2+ years of Strategy and Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Responsibilities

  • Assist on strategic planning initiatives, to support large-scale transformation projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Conduct research and analysis, to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that inform strategic decision-making.
  • Assist in the development of detailed project plans, timelines, and roadmaps for transformation initiatives, coordinating across teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Contribute to stakeholder communication efforts, by preparing presentations, reports, and summaries to highlight key project insights and updates.
  • Support cross-functional teams, in problem-solving sessions, providing data-driven insights and innovative recommendations.
  • Track and report progress, against defined goals and objectives, identifying potential bottlenecks and recommending solutions.
  • Develop expertise, in transformation methodologies and tools, gaining hands-on experience and building a foundation for future leadership roles.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience leading or supporting large scale business or technology transformation programs in a banking environment
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, and Teams) skills
  • Experience developing customized reports and ad hoc analyses to make recommendations
  • Experience managing communications and documentation projects
  • Large-scale project management skills
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to use data to solve business problems.
  • Ability to lead projects/initiatives with high risk and complexity
  • Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities
  • Experience at a Big 4 or other Management Consulting Top Tier Firm
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills with ability to turn findings into strategic initiatives
  • Experience in supporting cross-organizational strategic initiatives, transformation initiatives, and/or change management initiatives at a large bank with the ability to drive change in a consistent and well aligned manner
  • Good interpersonal skills, demonstrated ability to function as an individual contributor and also to work in large teams
  • Intellectually curious with strong analytical skills, including demonstrated ability to draw actionable insights and building strategies against the analysis
