Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Strategy consulting experience from a Tier 1 consulting firm, or
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with Banking, Capital Markets, and Payment institutions at the intersection of Business and Technology (for example: Operating Models, digital disruption)
- Practical knowledge and understanding of Analytics and Digital Technologies
- Understanding of what it takes for a strategy to be executed
- High-level understanding of how ecosystems fit into the digital world, and how digital technology is changing business
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize the issues and present solutions to Senior Leaders
- English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with English-speaking stakeholders across Canada. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company’s activities to avoid this requirement.
Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of projects to get the lay of the land of clients’ position in the Banking industry to make sure they are positioned for long-term success with practical road maps for carrying out strategy, managing change, and delivering value.
- Support teams to deliver world-class business, operations, and technology strategy solutions that meet the needs of clients.
- Build relationships with clients and Accenture’s leaders and partner with them to create strategic solutions that sustain Accenture’s profile as a long-term trusted advisor and partner.
- Provide overall guidance on quantitative analysis and research to generate recommendations and insights and drive outcomes.
- Mentor junior members of the team.
- Travel Monday – Thursday may be required based on client demand. Accenture promotes a client-centric, flexible work environment.
