Requirements

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in strategy, business analytics, reporting, etc.
  • Self-starter, highly flexible, detail-oriented, comfortable with change & leading through ambiguity, ability to multi-task under tight deadlines and deliver with a great amount of accuracy and completeness
  • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships and effectively partner across the organization
  • Exceptional oral and written communication with a strong proficiency in MS PowerPoint
  • Experience with data collection and visualization in Excel, Tableau, etc.
  • Strategic thinker with exceptional planning, organization, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment; Comfortable with change & leading through ambiguity.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate across business groups to develop and facilitate key stakeholder presentations, including regular reporting (monthly, quarterly) and ad hoc materials for executive operating committees
  • Partner with teams to understand strategic objectives and translate into measurable KPIs for tracking progress and success
  • Design and implement comprehensive KPI frameworks, enhancing data collection methodologies and visualization techniques to drive business decisions
  • Collaborate with technology teams to improve reporting tools and dashboards that effectively communicate strategic progress to various audiences
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, preparing insightful reports that inform strategic direction
  • Lead planning of regular leadership meetings and offsites including forward planning, agenda setting, presenter coordination, material consolidation, and action item tracking
  • Coordinate QTS wide Town Halls (global and for each region) – including all logistics, agenda and content.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Financial Services or Technology experience
  • Consulting Advisory Services, Strategy development and execution, and Business Process Management; Target operating model; Design thinking Frameworks and methodologies, e.g. Lean Six Sigma.
  • Experience with strategy development/ project management in a consulting environment
  • Experience identifying and delivering revenue or cost saving benefits
