Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field required
  • 2-4 years of experience in market research, data analysis, or a related role required
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Knowledge of marketing principles, campaign evaluation, and competitive analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present findings to non-technical audiences.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data reporting and interpretation.

Responsibilities

  • Collects and analyzes market data, including customer demographics, purchasing behaviors, and industry trends, to support business objectives.
  • Develops reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings and recommendations to key stakeholders.
  • Evaluates the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Conducts competitor analysis to identify market positioning, pricing strategies, and opportunities for differentiation.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop and refine marketing strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Supports market research initiatives by designing surveys, analyzing results, and summarizing key insights.
  • Utilizes statistical and analytical tools to forecast market trends and assess potential risks or opportunities.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Complies with all policies and standards.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques is a plus.
