Strategy Analyst

Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Economics, Statistics, or a relevant quantitative discipline)
Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey complex findings to non-technical stakeholders
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Conduct thorough and accurate data analysis using various tools and methodologies
Interpret complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and ensure data accuracy
Generate clear and concise reports to communicate key findings to stakeholders
Create visually compelling dashboards and presentations to support decision-making
Utilize data visualization tools to enhance the understanding of analytical results
Provide strategic insights based on data analysis to support business objectives
Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for improvement and growth
Offer recommendations to optimize processes and drive efficiency
Develop and maintain forecasting models to predict future trends and outcomes
Conduct scenario analysis to assess potential impacts on business operations
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to track organizational performance
Work closely with departments across the organization to understand business needs
Collaborate with IT and other relevant teams to ensure data integrity and accessibility
Foster a collaborative and data-driven culture within the organization

Work experience not required, but ideally some experience as an Analyst, with a focus on data analysis and interpretation
Experience with forecasting and modeling is a plus
