Requirements

  • 10+ years of proven experience in strategy, client engagement, and relationship leadership — especially with senior executives and transformative projects.
  • Strong understanding of digital transformation, client journeys, and experience design — and how this drive business growth.
  • Experience in leading strategic initiatives, including market and service innovation, business model creation, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Exceptional storytelling, communication, and facilitation skills — able to inspire internal teams and external clients alike.

Responsibilities

  • Co-create and launch a market-facing sub-brand, Gensler.Digital, that extends Gensler’s reputation into emerging markets, digital transformation advisory, and client experience innovation.
  • Drive market strategy development and position Gensler as a leader in digital-enabled consulting, competing alongside leading strategy and design firms.
  • Build new client relationships and expand Gensler’s presence into technology-driven industries and client sectors undergoing transformation.
  • Lead client engagements at the intersection of technology, design, and experience — co-creating value alongside Gensler’s top strategists and practice leaders.
  • Champion client goals internally, helping craft bespoke tools and data-driven solutions that respond to complex client challenges around space, people, and performance.
  • Foster long-term client partnerships by aligning solutions with evolving client needs, grounded in deep empathy and relationship intelligence.
  • Expand existing digital design and technology solutions across Gensler studios, identifying opportunities for greater market penetration and profitability.
  • Collaborate to create new consulting and advisory offerings, including Digital Experience Design, Data-Intelligence tools, and AI-enabled services.
  • Explore new business models, pricing strategies, and productized services that align with value delivered, not just effort invested.
  • Analyze and lead new market opportunities, backed by data-driven insights, that open doors to new industries, client types, and geographies.
  • Support development of new IP, product design studios, and differentiated service models that help Gensler stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Partner with leadership to scale bold ideas from concept to market impact — bringing entrepreneurial thinking to a global design firm.
