Requirements
- BS in business administration, marketing, or life sciences required
- 7+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector
- Demonstrated ability to apply marketing and digital solutions to deliver brand and customer objectives
- Experience working in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities
- Conduct segmentation of customers in key channels and support connecting brand imperatives with customer insights to identify short and long-term go-to-market opportunities for key commercial and federal customers.
- Contribute to the development of tailored value creation opportunities across people/process/technology based solutions and prepare partnership proposals that integrate solution offerings from cross-functional capabilities.
- Work with the Integrated Account Team (IAT) and customers to develop and implement plans that improve patient care and align with goals and KPIs.
- Help build and execute a roadmap for growth opportunities, creating outcomes-based feedback loops to monitor performance and enable iterative learning and continuous improvement.
- Develop content, including pitch decks, that resonate with executive-level leaders at key customer accounts.
- Provide insights into customer and market trends to support brand planning processes and identify play-to-win opportunities.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and key external stakeholders, including healthcare providers, patients, and advocacy groups.
- Assist in creating a stakeholder strategy to showcase best practice collaboration examples through white papers, webinars, podcasts, and industry association meetings.
- Assist in developing budgets that maximize revenue impact and profit contribution.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or master’s degree
- Experience working with large Integrated Health Systems, Group Purchase Organizations, Physician Buying Groups, Payor organizations
- Previous consulting experience
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking combined with entrepreneurial qualities and abilities
- Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, and achieve meaningful outcomes
