Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree AND a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience OR Advanced degree with 3 years of relevant experience
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage medium- to large-scale strategic projects using established project plans and delivery methodologies.
- Own overall project execution, performance tracking, and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Develop and deliver high-quality executive-level presentations that effectively convey strategic insights and business recommendations.
- Use advanced data analysis tools and techniques to transform large, complex datasets into actionable insights that inform key business decisions.
- Manage the full lifecycle of data-driven projects, utilizing platforms such as Power BI, Power Automate, and Snowflake.
- Solve complex business problems by identifying patterns, trends, and opportunities through data.
- Partner closely with cross-functional and global teams, ensuring alignment and clear communication across initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI and Power Automate.
- Strong leadership, communication, and influence management skills, with a proven ability to present to senior executive stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data and communicate findings effectively.
- Experience building complex data sets, developing AI models, and using programming tools such as Python.
- Proven project management and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including experience preparing polished presentations for a range of audiences.
- Change management experience and process optimization mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint).
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to navigate both technical and non-technical environments and collaborate across diverse teams.
- Fluent English required; additional language proficiency is a plus.
