Strategic Partner Development Lead – Performance – Ads Measurement

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking, in the Consumer Electronics, Auto, OEMs, Telecom, E-Commerce/Retail, Apps, Ads, Gaming, or Technology industries.
• Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
• Experience managing partners and agreements/contracts.

Responsibilities

• Launch and implement new partnerships that are set up for continued success through interaction with critical cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., on-boarding, activation).
• Manage and optimize ongoing partnership execution and maintain operational excellence (e.g., establishing success metrics and enabling partners to achieve them, enforcing service level agreements, tracking and processing payments, and reporting on key metrics).
• Escalate operational issues and present recommendations to the management team.
• Drive partnership growth plans, keep all stakeholders informed on key developments, and bring new opportunities to the partnership.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Partner Management or Business Development in online advertising, data on-boarding, or adtech.
• Experience identifying partners, analyzing and structuring agreements with a record of success in agreement and execution.
• Ability to manage ambiguity in a rapidly changing business environment.
• Ability to balance performing tasks and manage multiple time-sensitive projects/agreements in a changing environment with minimal direction.
• Ability to be an entrepreneurial, solution-oriented individual who takes initiative, is creative and open-minded, and collaborative, growing in a team environment.
• Excellent investigative and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
