Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of a High School diploma and pertinent work experience is required.
- 3+ years’ experience in marketing research, statistical or data analysis required.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Data Analytics and Technology teams to connect and maintain data sources for campaigns and marketing performance reporting.
- Convert data points into strategic recommendations for marketing decisions.
- Develop and refine target audience segments for marketing campaigns.
- Maintain clean, accurate data in all marketing databases.
- Analyze user behavior and work with our UX/UI designer to enhance customer journeys and user experiences.
- Develop and maintain Salesforce reporting dashboards to track key metrics.
- Stay ahead of market trends, integrating fresh insights into our strategic playbook.
- Gather data on market conditions, competitors, consumer behaviors, and the performance of marketing initiatives to produce reports and analyses.
- Track and extract actionable intelligence on competitors, user behavior, and market shifts.
- Design and implement customer and market intelligence surveys to identify gaps and opportunities.
- Perform other duties, as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years’ experience in Salesforce reporting preferred.
- Some experience in the P&C Insurance industry preferred.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tool data analysis preferred.
