Requirements
- A minimum of 10 years’ experience in sales or operations within the Durable Manufacturing industry.
- Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) in a related field; advanced degree preferred. Possessing an Engineering degree or equivalent is a plus.
- Proven track record in building strong customer relationships and achieving business results.
- Comprehensive understanding of distribution center performance metrics.
- Experience in consultative selling methodologies.
- Familiarity with material handling automation technologies, including Unit Load AS/RS, Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs), and Pallet Shuttles.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
- Sharp discernment, including understanding P&L for logistics operations.
- Willingness to travel up to 35% as the need arises by the role.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a vertical-specific go-to-market strategy for Durable Manufacturing in North America.
- Act as the subject matter expert (SME) on market trends, challenges, and buying behaviors in manufacturing and industrial production environments.
- Partner with sales and marketing to build tailored campaigns for lead generation and pipeline growth.
- Analyze market data to identify opportunities, threats, and white-space potential within the durable goods sector.
- Collaborate with the product management and solutions team to ensure our portfolio aligns with customer needs.
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to build brand presence and connect with potential customers.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree preferred.
- Possessing an Engineering degree or equivalent is a plus.
