Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting
- 1+ years of related experience
- Strong analytical skills and detail oriented
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast‐paced environment and handle multiple projects
- Possesses a strong work ethic, professional integrity, a positive attitude and is highly organized
- Strong desire to work in an entrepreneurial environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Excel
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain dynamic financial models
- Prepare firmwide compensation forecasts, highlight/explain variances and understand trends
- Perform strategic analyses and special projects, and execute group initiatives
- Leverage an understanding of the impact of various proposals on firm’s financials to perform insightful analysis
- Prepare profitability and compensation materials across all Blackstone businesses to be shared with Senior Management (President, CEO, CAO and CFO)
- Assist in enhancing reporting processes, analytics and operations
- Implement program enhancements or updates
