Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field (MBA, CPA, or)
- 7+ years of experience in strategic finance, investment banking, or strategy consulting
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth market sizing, competitive benchmarking, and trend analysis across key industries served by EisnerAmper.
- Build and maintain dashboards and tools to analyze client profitability, growth trends, and whitespace opportunities.
- Partner with go-to-market, service line, and industry leaders to inform strategic decisions based on market intelligence and client behavior.
- Support cross-functional teams in modeling cost-benefit outcomes for automation and innovation initiatives.
- Monitor financial performance and risk indicators tied to technology investments and recommend course corrections as needed.
- Support M&A Team through target company financial analysis, synergy modeling, and valuation support to the corporate development team.
- Collaborate with corporate development and integration teams to assess post-deal performance, including tracking against financial KPIs.
- Act as a thought partner to business unit leaders, providing actionable insights and financial guidance.
- Collaborate with Accounting, BI, and Technology teams to improve data quality, automation, and analytics capabilities.
- Translate complex financial data into clear, compelling narratives for executive decision-making.
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional services industry experience preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to develop robust financial models and market frameworks to guide strategic decisions.
- Strong understanding of valuation, ROI analysis, and corporate strategy.
- Familiarity with AI/tech business models and innovation finance a plus.
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial planning tools (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data for senior executives.
