Requirements
- 4+ years experience in finance, consulting, product management, partner management, and/or business development
- Outstanding project management and communication skills; extremely organized, detail-oriented
- An action-oriented mindset that balances creative problem-solving with the scrappiness to ultimately deliver results
Responsibilities
- Building and executing strategies for working with our enterprise partners: training their teams, setting up joint operations, and keeping everyone aligned.
- Handling the whole partnership life cycle, from getting started together to expanding and renewing our collaborations.
- Acting as the voice of the customer – understanding the explicit and implicit business needs across the enterprises we partner with.
- Leveraging your deep understanding of financial services workflows to develop joint solutions with our customers and make sure Rogo’s benefits are clearly communicated.
- Teaming up with Rogo’s engineering, product, and GTM teams to deliver these solutions.
- Figuring out how to track and measure our success together, setting up key performance indicators and reports.
- Building strong, lasting relationships with important people at our partner organizations and making sure their needs are met.
Preferred Qualifications
- Early employee at a hyper-growth startup.
- Experience at world-class product organizations (e.g. Notion, Figma).
- LLM knowledge (can you explain how a transformer works?)
- Technical background
