Responsibilities
- Facilitate the planning and execution of JMAA activities, ensuring comprehensive coverage of all defense critical assets (DCAs) and infrastructure.
- Act as a liaison between DTRA, military services, and combatant commands to align JMAA efforts with broader national security objectives.
- Provide strategic analysis of vulnerabilities and mitigation recommendations to enhance mission assurance.
- Work with installation and mission personnel to identify risks that may lead to mission degradation or failure and recommend risk reduction strategies.
- Prepare briefing materials and reports for senior leadership, highlighting assessment findings and strategic implications.
- Continuously evaluate and improve JMAA processes and methodologies in line with evolving threats and technologies.
- Ensure all activities comply with the highest standards of security and confidentiality as outlined by DTRA and DoD policies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with DTRA operations and familiarity with JMAA processes.
- Professional certifications in risk management or emergency preparedness.
