Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic communications, retirement planning, or consulting.
- Exhibit exceptional organizational skills.
- Display effective decision making.
- Efficient management of time and resources to maximize productivity.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic communication plans.
- Proficient in creating engaging content and educational materials.
- Excellent client-facing, relationship-building, and public speaking skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic communication projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
- Create and implement communication strategies, recommendations, campaigns, and programs to improve participant outcomes around savings, investing behaviors, and overall retirement preparedness.
- Develop educational content for plan participants.
- Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of participant communications for plan sponsor clients.
- Partner with internal teams and external clients to share best practices and drive greater consideration of our participant experience and resources.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with retirement plans or financial literacy programs.
- Knowledge of retirement plan industry.
- Familiarity with the latest trends and best practices in retirement planning and communications.
