Strategic Communications Consultant

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic communications, retirement planning, or consulting.
Exhibit exceptional organizational skills.
Display effective decision making.
Efficient management of time and resources to maximize productivity.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to develop and execute strategic communication plans.
Proficient in creating engaging content and educational materials.
Excellent client-facing, relationship-building, and public speaking skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic communication projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
Create and implement communication strategies, recommendations, campaigns, and programs to improve participant outcomes around savings, investing behaviors, and overall retirement preparedness.
Develop educational content for plan participants.
Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of participant communications for plan sponsor clients.
Partner with internal teams and external clients to share best practices and drive greater consideration of our participant experience and resources.

Experience working with retirement plans or financial literacy programs.
Knowledge of retirement plan industry.
Familiarity with the latest trends and best practices in retirement planning and communications.
