Responsibilities

  • Develop quantitative and qualitative KPI’s to measure success
  • Promote profitable growth and/or retention and expand desired mix of business
  • Ensure AIG is deriving value and results out of any consulting or data services purchased from wholesale broker
  • Support execution of distribution initiatives at a national and local level
  • Develop and facilitate relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Support and oversee strategic agreement in place with wholesale broker
  • Provide annual evaluation of its effectiveness and impact corporately and locally
  • Develop and communicate with the Product leadership on the annual plans with wholesale brokers
  • Establish quarterly meetings with broker partners to review results and adjust strategies where needed
  • Develop national execution strategies of growth products with AIG Products leaders
  • Disseminating broker data that will help the Underwriting Teams understand the broker landscape in their region and target offices and producers efficiently
  • Ensure absolute connectivity with agreements and strategy at the corporate level and with the field offices (of AIG and the Broker)
  • Educate the Underwriting teams about the key personnel of the Broker’s offices in their respective geographies
  • Actively contributing to select distribution focused projects designed to improve the way we do business or enhance our relationships with brokers
  • Working with the Wholesale Distribution Leader to analyze broker reports, data and portfolio information to help assess the opportunity and measure our success over time.
