Responsibilities
- Develop quantitative and qualitative KPI’s to measure success
- Promote profitable growth and/or retention and expand desired mix of business
- Ensure AIG is deriving value and results out of any consulting or data services purchased from wholesale broker
- Support execution of distribution initiatives at a national and local level
- Develop and facilitate relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Support and oversee strategic agreement in place with wholesale broker
- Provide annual evaluation of its effectiveness and impact corporately and locally
- Develop and communicate with the Product leadership on the annual plans with wholesale brokers
- Establish quarterly meetings with broker partners to review results and adjust strategies where needed
- Develop national execution strategies of growth products with AIG Products leaders
- Disseminating broker data that will help the Underwriting Teams understand the broker landscape in their region and target offices and producers efficiently
- Ensure absolute connectivity with agreements and strategy at the corporate level and with the field offices (of AIG and the Broker)
- Educate the Underwriting teams about the key personnel of the Broker’s offices in their respective geographies
- Actively contributing to select distribution focused projects designed to improve the way we do business or enhance our relationships with brokers
- Working with the Wholesale Distribution Leader to analyze broker reports, data and portfolio information to help assess the opportunity and measure our success over time.
