Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field)
- 5+ years of experience in a strategic analytics, business intelligence, or related role, with a focus on driving business outcomes
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R)
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical audiences
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Analyze data from various platforms including ThoughtSpot, Hex, Data, Amplitude, PowerBi, and Snowflake to identify trends and insights relevant to Care, Fulfillment, and Platform Operations
- Define, develop, and help operations implement key performance indicators (KPIs) that align with the company’s Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for the specified teams
- Identify key business opportunities and risks through advanced data exploration and statistical modeling
- Develop and maintain predictive models to forecast future performance and inform strategic initiatives
- Translate complex data findings into clear, concise, and compelling narratives for executive leadership
- Analyze operational data to identify areas for process improvement, cost reduction, and efficiency gains
- Design and implement performance dashboards and reporting systems to monitor key operational metrics and track progress against goals
- Perform root cause analysis to identify underlying drivers of operational issues and develop data-driven solutions
- Collaborate with operational teams to implement and measure the impact of improvement initiatives
- Partner with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish data-driven decision-making processes
- Provide analytical support and guidance to business leaders across the organization
- Develop and deliver presentations to communicate analytical findings and recommendations to diverse audiences
- Promote a culture of data literacy and empower teams to leverage data to inform their decisions
- Collaborate with data engineering to ensure data quality, accuracy, and accessibility
- Contribute to the development of data governance policies and procedures
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in data analytics
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloud-based data warehouses (e.g., AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery, Snowflake) is a plus
- Knowledge of statistical modeling, machine learning, and data mining techniques is highly desirable
