Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field)
  • 5+ years of experience in a strategic analytics, business intelligence, or related role, with a focus on driving business outcomes
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R)
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical audiences
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Analyze data from various platforms including ThoughtSpot, Hex, Data, Amplitude, PowerBi, and Snowflake to identify trends and insights relevant to Care, Fulfillment, and Platform Operations
  • Define, develop, and help operations implement key performance indicators (KPIs) that align with the company’s Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for the specified teams
  • Identify key business opportunities and risks through advanced data exploration and statistical modeling
  • Develop and maintain predictive models to forecast future performance and inform strategic initiatives
  • Translate complex data findings into clear, concise, and compelling narratives for executive leadership
  • Analyze operational data to identify areas for process improvement, cost reduction, and efficiency gains
  • Design and implement performance dashboards and reporting systems to monitor key operational metrics and track progress against goals
  • Perform root cause analysis to identify underlying drivers of operational issues and develop data-driven solutions
  • Collaborate with operational teams to implement and measure the impact of improvement initiatives
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish data-driven decision-making processes
  • Provide analytical support and guidance to business leaders across the organization
  • Develop and deliver presentations to communicate analytical findings and recommendations to diverse audiences
  • Promote a culture of data literacy and empower teams to leverage data to inform their decisions
  • Collaborate with data engineering to ensure data quality, accuracy, and accessibility
  • Contribute to the development of data governance policies and procedures
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in data analytics

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with cloud-based data warehouses (e.g., AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery, Snowflake) is a plus
  • Knowledge of statistical modeling, machine learning, and data mining techniques is highly desirable
