Requirements
- 5+ years of sales experience with capital equipment or solution sales.
- 2+ years of experience in strategic account management or corporate sales.
- 2+ years of experience working in healthcare (acute or post-acute), managing assigned territories or accounts.
- Strong negotiation, contract structuring, and consultative selling skills.
- Proven ability to influence C-suite executives and senior decision-makers.
- Ability to travel 60% – 80% as needed.
Responsibilities
- Build and execute winning strategies: Develop and implement long-term selling strategies, identify the right deal structures, and create compelling value propositions that position Omnicell for sustained growth.
- Own high-value negotiations: Lead contract structuring, determine pricing models, and drive negotiations that result in win-win solutions for Omnicell and our customers.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with internal teams—including Field Sales, Operations, Service, Finance, Legal, and Marketing—to align strategies and enhance customer engagement.
- Engage executive leadership: Partner with senior leadership to refine our market approach, report on strategic account progress, and drive critical business initiatives.
- Expand market presence: Cultivate relationships with top-level healthcare executives, influence key purchasing decisions, and develop a deep understanding of customer challenges.
- Leverage data for decision-making: Analyze sales trends, maintain accurate forecasts, and gather market insights to drive strategic decision-making.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a related field.
- Experience selling clinical or IT applications.
- Understanding of pharmacy operations, automation, or supply chain workflows.
- 8+ years of sales experience, including managing corporate or strategic accounts.
