Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in key account management or sales
- Proven track record of managing strategic accounts and achieving sales targets
- Experience working with partner networks and resellers
- Experience in the warehouse automation space, particularly with clients in the medical device and pharmaceutical industries
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Multilingual skills are a plus
- Strategic thinker with a client-centric approach
- Highly organized and detail-oriented

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key global clients in the medical device and pharmaceutical industries
- Act as the global primary point of contact for named strategic accounts
- Conduct regular client meetings to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Understand individual client long term strategic goals and monitor global market and economic trends to inform account strategy
- Develop and implement account-specific sales strategies, drive initiatives to meet revenue and growth targets
- Coordinate with partners to drive joint sales initiatives and achieve mutual success
- Work cross functionally to ensure projects are delivered successfully and continue to improve and provide value to customers
- Work closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development) to ensure client and partner needs are met
- Track and analyze account and partner performance metrics
- Prepare regular reports on account and partner status and progress
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management
