Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in key account management or sales
  • Proven track record of managing strategic accounts and achieving sales targets
  • Experience working with partner networks and resellers
  • Experience in the warehouse automation space, particularly with clients in the medical device and pharmaceutical industries
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Multilingual skills are a plus
  • Strategic thinker with a client-centric approach
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Culturally aware and adaptable to different business environments

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key global clients in the medical device and pharmaceutical industries
  • Act as the global primary point of contact for named strategic accounts
  • Conduct regular client meetings to understand their needs and provide solutions
  • Understand individual client long term strategic goals and monitor global market and economic trends to inform account strategy
  • Develop and implement account-specific sales strategies, drive initiatives to meet revenue and growth targets
  • Coordinate with partners to drive joint sales initiatives and achieve mutual success
  • Work cross functionally to ensure projects are delivered successfully and continue to improve and provide value to customers
  • Work closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development) to ensure client and partner needs are met
  • Track and analyze account and partner performance metrics
  • Prepare regular reports on account and partner status and progress
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior management
