Responsibilities

  • Support, providing in-house technical support for Strada Platform modules and other application under the scope of the team
  • The tasks also include the support of Production systems; this role might require availability outside of regular business hours.
  • Analyzing, prioritizing and resolving faults to resolution.
  • Resolve tickets according to SLAs and escalation procedures.
  • Diagnose and resolve software application issues accordingly to available procedures and methodology.
  • Capacity to understand / analyze a problem and propose resolutions paths.
  • Ensure accurate documentation is maintained
  • Proactively keep informed, outside internal training, of latest technology trends
  • Participates in projects and activities as needed and assigned
  • Good infrastructure administration skills integrating networking, systems & monitoring solutions, IT related software and general IT maintenance skills.
  • Proven capability of supporting software and application technical problems.

  • Azure cloud knowledge
  • Windows knowledge
  • SQL knowledge
  • Minimum demonstrable work experience of 3 years in a similar role
