Requirements

Responsibilities
- Support, providing in-house technical support for Strada Platform modules and other application under the scope of the team
- The tasks also include the support of Production systems; this role might require availability outside of regular business hours.
- Analyzing, prioritizing and resolving faults to resolution.
- Resolve tickets according to SLAs and escalation procedures.
- Diagnose and resolve software application issues accordingly to available procedures and methodology.
- Capacity to understand / analyze a problem and propose resolutions paths.
- Ensure accurate documentation is maintained
- Proactively keep informed, outside internal training, of latest technology trends
- Participates in projects and activities as needed and assigned
- Good infrastructure administration skills integrating networking, systems & monitoring solutions, IT related software and general IT maintenance skills.
- Proven capability of supporting software and application technical problems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Azure cloud knowledge
- Windows knowledge
- SQL knowledge
- Minimum demonstrable work experience of 3 years in a similar role
