Requirements
- 3-5 years of email marketing experience with knowledge of ESPs (customer.io or similar)
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with outstanding attention to detail and strong analytical/ reporting skills
- A track record establishing and maintaining strong cross-functional relationships
Responsibilities
- Managing the day-to-day campaign development process; meeting key deliverables and SLAs while proactively communicating updates to all relevant stakeholders
- Refining existing marketing campaigns while uncovering new opportunities to bolster user-engagement and drive revenue within the rewards platform
- Delivering consistent engagement updates to stakeholders while enhancing and iterating comms resources and existing reporting
- Solidifying highly collaborative relationships with a dynamic set of internal and external partners, and ensuring the ecommerce experience is accurately represented in all relevant marketing materials and partner campaigns
