Requirements
- Requires a BA/BS and a minimum of 5 years of related stop loss experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
- Sales life and health license required in state(s) or territory selling.
Responsibilities
- Execute strategic sales and tactical plans on Stop Loss Bundled products by consulting with key decision makers and operational stakeholders in key states which include external producers, and senior leadership.
- Provide ongoing support to regional leadership (state plan presidents) decision makers and support field sales team during request for proposal (RFP) processes. Interact directly with producer stop loss centers of excellence.
- Assists in the development of strategic producer relationships and recommendations for increased retentions, sales, and revenue opportunities.
- Partners with leadership and develops key programs which allow for growth and retention goals to be met.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strongly prefer program management and strategy experience.
- Experience in stop loss preferred.
