Requirements
- Must be a state-tested Nurse Aide
- Strong interpersonal skills and compassionate nature
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays
Responsibilities
- Provide basic patient care including assistance with daily activities (bathing, dressing, eating, etc.)
- Monitor and record patient health conditions and report any changes to nursing staff
- Assist with mobility, positioning, and transferring of patients
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for patients
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare team members
- Adhere to all safety and health regulations
- Work some weekends and holidays as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not required
