Requirements
- Master’s degree in education psychology, statistics, biostatistics, or a related field is required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in statistical analysis, preferably in an education or higher education setting
- Proficiency in statistical software such as R, SAS, or SPSS
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with faculty and staff in the development, implementation, and measurement of our assessment system
- Perform statistical analyses using appropriate software and techniques to support research and evaluation projects
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations of findings for internal and external stakeholders
- Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance the quality and effectiveness of educational programs
- Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to support the integration of statistical methods into various projects
- Provide training and mentorship to faculty, staff, and students on statistical methods and best practices
- Collaborate with faculty and students to design studies, analyze data, and interpret results
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a medical education setting
- Experience with large datasets and advanced statistical techniques
- Demonstrated ability to publish research findings in peer-reviewed journals
