  • Broad and deep understanding of technology and digital solutions
  • Proven experience leading, developing, and motivating professional level staff
  • Knowledge of business risk and robust operating procedures
  • Broad understanding of investment operations and regulatory issues
  • Solid business unit management experience on complex fund structures
  • Knowledge of global fund structures and regulatory requirements
  • College degree (accounting degree strongly preferred; business, mathematics, finance or economics degree required)
  • CPA preferred

Responsibilities

  • Comprehensive service delivery for Global Fund Management’s financial, regulatory, and board reporting and fund registration capabilities
  • Develop and implement a global approach to the formulation, oversight, governance, and maintenance of Accounting, Reporting, Fund Registration policies and procedures
  • Drive continuous improvement through the use of technology and collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Provide expertise in best practices that is extensible to other functions across Global Funds Management and the enterprise
  • Develop and employ operating and production models that support global scale alongside regional-specific needs
  • Contribute to the GFM strategy and its delivery as a member of the executive team
  • Provide requisite services and leadership for applicable Fund Boards and regulators
  • Participate in fund lifecycle process including review of proposals, structure and staffing allocations
  • Build a high performing team of leaders capable of delivering on the needs of the future
  • Lead external business partners to enhance and improve the operating model
  • Work with local business leaders to understand emerging regulatory, business and product needs
  • Regularly review internal, regional partners experience with department’s performance and products
  • Extend the Global Fund Administration and overall GFM strategies to support global and local priorities
