Requirements
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Must be of legal status to work in the US
- Must be computer literate and proficient
- Must successfully complete initial HU Introduction to Standardized Methodology workshop for scheduling
Responsibilities
- Simulate all aspects of scenarios, including history of current problem, affect/behavior and physical findings, in a standardized, accurate, and reliable manner
- Wear professional clinical attire for work assignments including a hospital gown with only appropriate undergarments, while on camera and/or observed live through an observation window or video monitor
- Accurately and consistently complete checklists at a 95% accuracy percentage
- Provide verbal feedback to learners using constructive feedback training
- Allow and be comfortable with having repeated physical examination maneuvers performed on body by learners and clinical faculty
- Accept ongoing feedback from supervisors to incorporate into case simulation
- Be willing to be audio and videotaped during simulations (onsite and virtual)
- Demonstrate flexibility and reliability with work scheduling and assignments
- Follow written and verbal instructors from supervisors
- Demonstrate core values of professionalism when interacting with learners, faculty, supervisors, and peers
- Follow all Center and HU Policies and Procedures
- Other duties as assigned
