Requirements

• Be eligible to work in Canada.
• Be enrolled in a Canadian university throughout your internship.
• Be able to work on-site in the province where you are hired if applicable.
• Pursuing a degree in Computer Engineering.
• Excellent communication skills in French (spoken/written).

Responsibilities

• Support the integration of our new continuous improvement system (Core) in relation to our business training processes.
• Support deployment of the numerical platform to manage skills competencies of our employees and act as a trainer.
• Participate to the continuous improvement of our business process.
• Collaborate with supervisors and manufacturing employees to manage On the Job training.
• Support development of the numerical platform for On the Job training and act as a trainer.

Preferred Qualifications

• Organizational skills and ability to work under pressure with competing and varying priorities.
• Project management skills.
