Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a staffing coordination or recruiting operations role, with significant hiring manager interaction.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills; able to manage high volume with precision.
- Strong executive presence with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to work independently, make sound judgments, and maintain confidentiality.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to initiate and post job requisitions in alignment with Broadcom’s hiring policies.
- Guide managers through internal staffing procedures and ensure adherence to compliance and documentation requirements.
- Draft and manage employment offer letters in partnership with Legal and HR teams.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding, including setup activities and paperwork completion.
- Prioritize and manage multiple open roles and tasks across different business units.
- Act as a subject matter expert on hiring processes and provide white-glove service to internal stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting technical or enterprise software organizations is a plus.
