Requirements
- 2+ years of experience at an accounting firm (ideally with SaaS clients)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP accounting practices
- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks AND NetSuite
- Advanced spreadsheet and financial modeling skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and excellent time management
- An EXTREMELY HIGH degree of intellectual curiosity and a love for solving complex problems
- CPA certification and a degree in Accounting or Finance
- Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to roll up sleeves and work hands-on in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Fully own the buildout and day-to-day management of Rilla’s accounting operations
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Finance & Operations
- Manage month-end close
- Oversee corporate tax management
- Handle subscription billing and revenue recognition
- Manage accounts payable and invoice reconciliation
- Track cash collection and churn
- Ensure sales tax compliance and state registrations
- Manage corporate credit card and commercial insurance
- Administer benefits and support for the growing team.
