Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in JavaScript development with building and deploying ReactJS applications
- You excel in creating lean, clear, and up-to-date documentation, testing, and automation, and view these as integral components of your UI engineering workflow
- You possess exceptional problem-solving skills and a proven ability to develop creative solutions to technical challenges
- Prior experience with effectively conveying complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- You have a demonstrated track record of fostering engineering excellence and driving innovation in previous roles
Responsibilities
- Developing and maintaining high performance resilient UI using ReactJS/TypeScript/Tailwind
- Documenting and communicating technical specifications to ensure alignment with stakeholders
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers and engineers to ship best-in-class products with quality
- Identifying and resolving technical challenges and issues by incorporating a robust test automation strategy
- Participating in code reviews, providing feedback, and enforcing coding standards to ensure high-quality and maintainable codebase

- Demonstrated expertise in delivering high-quality, detail-oriented work with a focus on performance optimization and code quality
- Proficient in identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks through advanced optimization techniques, ensuring fast load times, fluid rendering, and responsiveness in complex, data-intensive interfaces
- Skilled in designing and implementing scalable, reusable front-end architectures that prioritize seamless user experiences and efficient component composition
