Requirements
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI’s potential impact on the function or industry.
- 8+ years of software development experience with a solid foundation in system design and cloud engineering.
- Experience in building enterprise applications on the ServiceNow platform, including scripting, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
- Strong familiarity with AIA Studio for creating intelligent, no/low-code automation flows integrated with AI.
- Hands-on experience with AI technologies: Agentic AI (LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar), RAG frameworks (LangChain, Haystack), Knowledge Graphs (RDF/OWL, SPARQL).
- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, etc.).
- Understanding of vector databases and embeddings.
- Experience working with GTM domains (CRM, customer engagement, marketing automation, sales analytics).
Responsibilities
- Develop scalable and maintainable applications and workflows within the ServiceNow platform, aligning with GTM use cases (e.g., sales enablement, lead management, partner ops).
- Leverage AIA Studio to orchestrate AI workflows, integrate machine learning models, and streamline decision-making in GTM processes.
- Design AI-powered systems that use LLMs, Agentic AI, and semantic retrieval to deliver contextual insights and automation.
- Build and maintain RAG pipelines enriched with Knowledge Graphs to surface relevant, real-time data to sales to help close the deal.
- Implement AI agents capable of task planning and execution (e.g., lead routing, customer scoring, higher deal velocity).
- Work closely with Product, Business Operations to identify opportunities, design solutions, and deliver measurable impact.
- Build resilient, secure, and high-performance systems using industry best practices.
- Contribute to team success through mentorship, design discussions, and by setting high standards for code quality and innovation.
