Requirements
- self-starter and a doer
- deep interest and hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and applying AI to real-world problems
- 6+ years of experience in software engineering, especially with JavaScript/TypeScript and modern web frameworks
- strong instincts for product and user experience
- ability to navigate changing requirements and shifting priorities with confidence and clarity
- strong architectural and system design skills
- ability to collaborate well across teams and roles
Responsibilities
- designing, developing, and owning key components across prompt engineering, integrations, user experience, and agentic workflows
- acting as a technical owner, taking initiative, driving decisions, and delivering results
- working closely with cross-functional teams to align on goals and deliver end-to-end value
- researching new AI models, tools, and frameworks and translating them into actionable product capabilities
- prototyping, iterating, and learning fast from both users and technical signals
- operating in a lean, Kanban-style agile environment
- championing a high standard of user experience
Preferred Qualifications
- experience with agentic or autonomous systems, vector search, or human-AI interaction patterns
- Java programming skills
- Kubernetes
- experience with large-scale systems or distributed architecture
- familiarity with data processing and streaming technologies (e.g., Kafka, Flink, Spark, etc.)
