Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science and Computer Information Systems or equivalent experience
- Seven years of experience in software engineering and/or enterprise web development
- Knowledge of twelve-factor application development
- Strong command of programming languages, frameworks, and design patterns
- Demonstrated understanding of Service Oriented Architecture and Microservices
- Problem-solving skills to solve complex technical problems with innovative solutions
- Ability to anticipate obstacles and communicate effectively to execute plans
- Experience in project management and working cross-functionally to facilitate project completion
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence others
Responsibilities
- Mentor and guide senior and junior engineers, offering insights on best practices and code reviews
- Collaborate with Architects to understand designs and technical requirements and participate in architectural discussions
- Analyze new and existing codebases and initiatives to create technical documentation for standardization
- Tackle complex technical challenges involving system-wide optimizations, performance enhancements, or scalability improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve technical issues
- Configure, customize, and integrate software or hardware components
- Conduct system testing and troubleshooting to ensure proper functionality
- Provide technical support, maintenance, and upgrades for deployed solutions
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Agile
- Knowledge of APIs, publish/subscriber patterns, and implementations based on NodeJS, NextJS, React, JavaScript, Spring Boot, Java, Kotlin, MuleSoft, Kafka, AWS Cloud Platform, CI/CD pipelines, and other supporting technologies
