Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 12 years’ experience in project management’, OR Master’s degree with 10 years’ experience in project management (4 additional years of experience in lieu of degree)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Products (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • At least 5 years of experience leading a project and/or driving performance against schedule
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience working with and manipulating detail-oriented data
  • Your ability to transfer and maintain the final adjudicated government Secret Clearance, and any program access(es) required for the position within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Program Management Office and Leadership to accomplish a variety of precise, time-sensitive monthly deliverables, metrics, and presentations
  • Collaborate across Functions to ensure all objectives are met
  • Assist with monitoring progress, assessing project issues and driving actions to closure to meet program goals and objectives
  • Perform program resource management, including coordination of project staffing baselines and forecasts
  • Facilitate Risk, Issue and Opportunity management
  • Data synthesis, aggregation, analysis, and communication
  • Organize knowledge sharing, assist with improvements to team SharePoint site
  • Promote team engagement activities including lunch and learns, team recognition and organizational highlights
  • Support new business proposals and facilitation
  • Proactively manage strategic rhythm of the organization to ensure preparedness for program and customer deadlines
  • Drive a sense of urgency and act with speed to meet all needs of the business and stakeholders
  • Project and control account management
  • Coordination across multiple disciplines and product teams
  • Preparing status reports and maintaining detailed project logs
  • Assessing project issues and developing resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer-satisfaction goals and objectives
  • Establish and maintain the program strategic rhythm
  • Review change board packages and assess for potential impacts
  • Continuous process improvement focus
  • Assist in development of program metrics and coordinate with Tableau administrators to build products for the program
  • Administration of Jira and Confluence sites; adhering to and creating new process documentation and controls to ensure configuration control of data
  • Coordinate and manage program meetings
