Responsibilities

- Lead pricing & packaging definition: Align with GTM and Finance teams to design a tiered subscription model that captures value without cannibalizing revenue
- Define & track PQLs (Product-Qualified Leads): Partner with Data & Marketing to create trigger-based segmentation and lifecycle routing rules to Product, CX, Sales
- Design for conversion loops: Shape the product experience to show value, nudge commitment, and create FOMO through growth mechanics
- Drive instrumented workflows: Identify key signals to route users intelligently (e.g., email flows, sales follow-up, or CX nudges)
- Align with Sales & Marketing: Create a shared GTM playbook for $0-to-paid flow, including objections handling, competitive differentiation, and performance tracking
