Responsibilities

  • Define the vision and strategy for a new product area, ensuring alignment with Webflow’s broader platform and business goals.
  • Drive 0-to-1 product development, leading cross-functional teams through the entire product lifecycle—from discovery to launch.
  • Work closely with design and engineering to craft a high-quality, intuitive user experience that delights customers.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product direction and prioritization.
  • Partner with go-to-market teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) to define positioning, messaging, and adoption strategies.
  • Develop and track key product metrics, ensuring data-driven decisions that drive business impact.
  • Advocate for the customer, ensuring that product decisions create real value for users.
  • Communicate effectively across all levels of the company, including executives, to drive clarity and alignment.
